Cancellation Policy

You have the right to revoke this search request within fourteen days without giving reasons. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this search request by means of a clear declaration (by e-mail, fax or post), stating the following data: your first and last name, your address and your contact details. The cancellation must be sent before the cancellation period has expired to: Zeitwohnen Hannover, owner Thomas Kühn, Berliner Allee 66, 30175 Hannover or by fax: 0511 –320 320 or by email to: info@zeitwohnen-hannover.de. You can reach us by telephone on 0511 322 322.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel this search request, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
