What if the exact rental period is not yet known?
No problem, because many landlords accept flexible rental periods and only expect a minimum rental period. Zeitwohnen Hannover designs the rental contract as flexibly as your professional commitment in Hannover requires.
How much is the deposit / rent security as a rule?
The amounts of the deposit are usually between 1 to 3 months' rent, depending on the rental period and the landlord's specifications. Ideally, the deposit should be deposited at the latest when the keys are handed over, either in cash or in advance as a transfer to the landlord's account or as a bank or company guarantee. The landlord pays the tenant the deposit back after the end of the tenancy shortly after the return of the apartment, provided that there are no claims against the tenant from the tenancy.
Who concludes the rental agreement?
The rental contract partners are always tenants and landlords.
